- Okay, this one is definitely FAR-fetched, but I’ve loved it ever since I saw it on TikTok, so I need to share it.

Hear me out. I know they would never actually kill Mark… but they could, and realistically they’d probably get away with it. And let’s be honest Mark deserves to die. He’s such a horrendous person that even horrendous doesn’t fully cover it. It obviously won’t happen, and it would completely change the genre of the books, but as a theory? It would be an insane plot. When I first saw it, I was like, wait this is lowkey genius.
- Another theory I love: the scary lady is actually Lizzie’s aunt, who is also her biological mother. I had already considered that Lizzie’s aunt might be her real mother and that Mike and Catherine only took Liz in because they were better equipped to care for her but I never once considered that the scary lady was her. Now that I’ve seen it, it makes so much sense. Like… how did I not think of that sooner?? OMG.
- Another one that absolutely wrecks me: Marie lit the fire, not Ted. I mean Marie saw Johnny rescuing the kids, knew Joey wasn’t home, and once she realized all her children were safe, she burned the house both to save them and to end her own suffering. It wasn’t Teddy. I honestly love this theory so much. The only real loophole is that Seany was drenched in alcohol, which points more toward it being Ted’s plan and that he intended to kill all of them.
- Okay, this next one isn’t even related to the books—it’s about Better Than the Movies—but I love it anyway so I’m sharing. It’s obviously not true because the timelines don’t match and they’re not even Irish, but the coincidence is still so weird and insane. Like… I know it’s not real, but my brain refuses to let it go.

- Feely's parents are actually his grandparents and his for real parents are dead so he's grandparent are caring for him. Like hear me out because they're old right and he is way younger than his siblings and it just makes sense guys.
Ok theres so soo many others and like I can't remember them all and I love all of them but these are like my favourites so far but there are so many and they're all so amazing and just yeah I love this fandom so much.
Releasing 10 being based on Chole's life
Can we PLEASE talk about how people hated on her so much for releasing 10 that she literally broke her internet silence to explain that the book this devastatingly amazing book and my favorite character, Lizzie Young, are based on her… and now she’s considering not writing anymore???
Like guys. WHAT EVEN.
The fact that Lizzie is Chloe and Chloe is Lizzie?? I actually cannot wrap my head around it. Knowing that Lizzie’s pain, her struggles, her entire character came from something so personal, and people were still so cruel about it? That’s actually heartbreaking.
This has genuinely become my new Roman Empire. I will never get over it. Ever. Like omgggg.
